Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our industrial facility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry & record keeping
Accurately input, maintain, and update operational and administrative data across company systems.
Filing & document management
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up to date.
Mail & correspondence handling
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely manner.
Scheduling & calendar management
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal scheduling for management and operational staff.
Ordering supplies
Monitor and replenish office and facility supply inventory, obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders as needed.
Cross-departmental support
Provide administrative assistance to multiple departments including operations, logistics, and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in an office or administrative support role, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and record management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
